ENERGY SAVING PROJECTS
De Masi is able, through energy diagnoses carried out by specialized personnel accredited UNI 11339, to reduce costs and minimize the carbon and water footprint through technical and management interventions.
ENERGY MONITORING SYSTEM
De Masi is also able, always through its own specialized personnel accredited UNI 11339, to monitor the consumption of electricity, methane gas, compressed air, steam, effluents and water to direct initiatives towards improvement.

UNI CEI 11352
Since 2010, in accordance with art.16 of Legislative Decree 115/2208, ESCOs have the possibility of certifying themselves in compliance with UNI CEI 11352, thus offering greater guarantees to third parties about their skills and abilities, ensuring the possibility of accessing or competing without limitations in public tenders of any nature and having the possibility of better reorganizing themselves during the certification process. The standard provides that the ESCO guarantees the customer an improvement in energy efficiency through the measurement of the reduction in energy consumption compared to the initial ones.
The ESCO must therefore carry out a preliminary energy audit, define the actions to be carried out for efficiency and finally verify their outcome. The ESCO must possess the following skills:

SGE 50001 (Energy Management System)
On April 17, 2014, the new version of the UNI CEI 11352 standard was published, which replaces the 2010 edition. The 2014 edition is the reference for ESCO certification. The publication takes place a few days after the decree scheme for the transposition of the energy efficiency directive which reiterates the obligation for energy service companies to obtain UNI CEI 11352 certification, not only to access the TEE mechanism but also to carry out mandatory energy diagnoses for large companies and companies with significant energy consumption.
